| This is a Tunisian salad. Use your favorite cheese instead of halloumi. |

harissa (chili sauce) or 3 drops Tabasco |

Preheat the oven at 400° F (200° C), drizzle a little olive oil and 1 tsp lemon juice over the bread slices and toast in the oven for 10 minutes. |

Cube the bread and sprinkle with 2 tsp lemon diluted in 2 tbsp water. Place it in a salad bowl. Add peppers, tomatoes, green onions, cheese, olives, and tuna. Season to taste and let it rest. |

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add garlic, crushed coriander and harissa. Cook for a couple of minutes. The garlic will start to color. Add the remaining lemon juice, stir, and pour this dressing over the salad. |

Let the flavors soak for at least an hour before serving. |
