12-oz bag cranberries |

medium apples, chopped but not peeled or cored |

can crushed pineapple, with juice |

Combine the cranberries, apples and water in an 8 qt saucepan. Cook about 5 minutes over a high heat, should thicken slightly. Be sure to stir the mix constantly. |

Remove the pan from the heat and process the mix though a food mill or sieve to remove all the peels, skins and seeds. Place the remaining liquid back into the pan and add the remaining ingredients; bringing it back to a boil over a high heat. |

Continue to stir constantly. In about 4-6 minutes the liquid should be clear and thick. And ready to place in jars. |
